Acceptance of Terms. By using https://isayescleaning.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Isayes Cleaning markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://isayescleaning.com is the property of Isayes Cleaning or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Isayes Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isayes Cleaning's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Isayes Cleaning in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isayes Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. NV law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NV.
